1 Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2 Eligibility

Use of the g668y platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

3 Account Registration

To access the Services, you must complete the g668y account registration process in full and in good faith. The following conditions apply to your Account at all times:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active g668y account. Registration of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. g668y uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect multiple accounts linked to a single individual.
• Accurate information: All personal information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, and payment account details — must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. g668y strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
• Notification of compromise: If you suspect that your account credentials have been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify g668y immediately via the support channel at [email protected].
• KYC verification: Before processing any withdrawal, g668y requires completion of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a KTP or passport) and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit. KYC verification is typically completed within three business hours of document submission.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on g668y are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods and minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary.
• Deposits are credited to your g668y Balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt by the applicable payment provider. g668y is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned to their source less any applicable banking fees.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. g668y does not impose a maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction ceilings.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible. If this is not possible, g668y will process the withdrawal via an alternative verified payment method in your name.
• The vast majority of withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes of approval. Processing times may extend during periods of exceptionally high transaction volume, but g668y targets same-day settlement for all verified withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, KYC verification must be completed in full. Subsequent withdrawals above the threshold amounts set by g668y may require additional verification at the platform's discretion.
• g668y does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees for which g668y accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawals of Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 below. Withdrawals of deposited principal funds are not subject to wagering requirements.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

g668y offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any bonus-specific terms published at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered at a minimum of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower wagering multipliers — the applicable multiplier is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Game contribution rates: Not all game types contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10%; video poker and scratch cards contribute 20%; sportsbook bets contribute 100% subject to a minimum odds threshold of 1.50. g668y may revise contribution rates at its discretion with seven days' notice.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically. g668y will not reinstate expired bonuses.
• One bonus at a time: A Member may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active will forfeit the existing bonus.
• Abuse prevention: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of low-variance betting patterns designed solely to convert bonus funds — is prohibited. g668y reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from abusive play patterns and to close the accounts of Members engaged in systematic bonus exploitation.
• No bonus entitlement: Bonuses are offered at g668y's absolute discretion. No Member has an entitlement to any bonus, and g668y may withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6 Gameplay Rules

The following general rules apply to all games and betting markets available on the g668y platform:

• Game integrity: All casino games on g668y use certified random number generators (RNG) independently audited for statistical fairness. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios. g668y does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes.
• Sportsbook settlement: Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant sporting body. g668y's trading team reserves the right to void or suspend markets in the event of irregularities, data feed failures, or manifest errors.
• Manifest error: Where a game outcome, odds quotation, or payout is affected by a manifest error (including software malfunction or human error), g668y reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to Member Balances. g668y will not honour winnings that arise from manifest errors.
• Togel draws: Draw results for togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets are sourced from officially published draw outcomes. g668y does not operate independent draws and cannot be held responsible for draw schedule changes by the originating provider.
• Disconnection policy: If a game round is interrupted by a network disconnection before its outcome is determined, the round will be completed automatically in accordance with the game engine's disconnection protocol. g668y is not liable for losses resulting from Member-side connectivity failures.
• Currency: All wagers and winnings are in IDR. There is no conversion layer; the amount displayed is the amount settled.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g668y platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and disclosure to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using an alias, third-party identity, or synthetic identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by g668y.
• Colluding with other Members, including coordinated betting designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploitation must be reported to g668y immediately rather than used to accumulate winnings.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy services to conceal your true geographic location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing g668y support staff, other Members, or any representative of g668y in any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or promotional claiming process.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the g668y platform — including but not limited to the g668y brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of g668y International Limited or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any element of the g668y platform without the prior written consent of g668y International Limited.

The g668y brand name and associated trade marks are registered marks. Any unauthorised use of g668y's intellectual property — including for phishing, impersonation, or affiliate fraud — will be subject to legal action.

9 Privacy & Data

g668y collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement.
• g668y does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors (including BCA, BRI, OVO, DANA, and GoPay infrastructure partners), identity verification providers, and gaming regulators where legally required.
• All data is stored using 256-bit SSL encryption. Passwords are stored in cryptographically salted hashes and are never accessible in plain text.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. Deletion requests will be fulfilled subject to any legal retention obligations that apply.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g668y and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from Member-side security failures, including unauthorised account access attributable to a Member's failure to protect their credentials.
• Any service interruptions, including scheduled maintenance windows (announced with reasonable advance notice), unscheduled outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers, or force majeure events.
• Any error or delay by a third-party payment provider in crediting deposits or processing withdrawals.
• Any wagering decision made by a Member, including decisions made in reliance on inaccurate odds caused by data feed errors prior to g668y's correction of the same.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, g668y's total aggregate liability to any single Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by Member: You may close your g668y account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified Balance (net of active bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within five business days.

11.2 Suspension by g668y: g668y may suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• g668y has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.
• Your account is subject to a regulatory, legal, or law-enforcement enquiry.
• You have a self-exclusion request active, whether initiated by you or by g668y's responsible gaming team.
• KYC verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable time following a formal request.

11.3 Termination by g668y: g668y may permanently close your account and forfeit your Balance where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, including fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, or systematic bonus abuse. Where funds are forfeited, g668y will provide written notification of the reason by email to the address registered on your account.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which g668y International Limited is incorporated. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

g668y acknowledges that its primary user base consists of Indonesian residents and that Indonesian consumer protection principles are taken into account in the design of these Terms. However, by agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that online gaming regulations in Indonesia are complex and that your use of the platform is at your own legal risk and discretion. g668y makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in every jurisdiction within Indonesia.

Nothing in this clause prevents g668y from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in any jurisdiction.

13 Amendments

g668y reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material, g668y will provide at least seven (7) days' notice by email to your registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the g668y website prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the g668y platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw your Balance before the effective date.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms.
